Before starting AVH Technology Partners, we spent many years as integrators frustrated with a broken business model that inflated cost, limited innovation, and too often compromised the end-user experience. Traditional Consulting Model
Most clients hire an AV consultant, who connects them to an AV integrator’s salesperson, who relays the information to their internal team. Right off the bat, the client is two steps removed from the people who will design and build their project. Accountability suffers, the chances of miscommunication surge, and quality control can be nonexistent.
Collaborative Consulting Model
Clients have direct and continuous access to the people who design and manage their project. Instead of communicating through a salesperson, you’ll collaborate with the AVH team. Client and intra-team collaboration provide complete control over every aspect of the process from planning and management to commissioning and programming. This enables us to provide contractors the clarity and detail necessary to ensure the project comes in on time and on budget, and performs precisely as promised.
